The New IGDI Data System
Child Assessment Cards
The new IGDI data system update includes individual child cards on your dashboard right when you log in. You can select the children you want to see and then access their dashboard pages directly from the home page without additional clicks or the need to search. The dashboard can hold up to 10 child cards of your choice, allowing you to view an entire caseload with ease!
Demographic Information
When you login to the new IGDI data system for the first time since the update, you will be prompted to enter additional demographic information about yourself before you are able to access your profile. This helps us better understand our audience of IGDI users, find grants to better support your needs, and more.
Additional Data Download and Upload Options
In the new system, you have the ability to download additional IGDI data to help with easier upload. In the Export Data menu, you can download a Latest IGDI Status report to determine which children are due for IGDIs and which have already received them. If you are using the DAISEY system, you can also download the required DAISEY data template and easily upload it directly into the DAISEY system!
